What we collect
When you send the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), company (if you give it), the emirate, the shape and size you want, and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from.
If you message us on WhatsApp or call, we keep the details you share in that conversation so we can answer you.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, prepare your quote, arrange delivery and issue invoices. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who can see it
Only our team. Quote requests are stored with a database provider and sent to us by email. These providers handle the data for us and may store it outside the UAE.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them for the order and for our accounting records, then delete them or remove your personal details.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If you accept, we load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages are visited and how people use them. They are off until you accept, and you can say no.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or call the number on the contact page and we will act on your request.
