Buying Shaped Plants in Bulk in the UAE: A Buyer Guide

When you buy shaped plants in bulk, specify the shape, the height including the pot, the quantity, the delivery emirate and the date, and ask what is included. Compare quotes on the same size basis, get availability confirmed in writing, and check how damage on delivery is handled.
What should I put in my order list?

How do I compare quotes fairly?
- Put every quote on the same basis: same shape, same size, same measurement method.
- Check whether delivery is included, and whether it is free only above a minimum order.
- Ask for availability and the delivery date in writing.
- Ask whether the quote is valid for a set time.
- Ask whether you will receive a tax invoice.
A lower unit price can hide a smaller plant or paid delivery, so compare totals for the same plants delivered to your site.
How big a tolerance can I expect?
Plants are living and no two are identical. If your design needs matching sizes, say so when you ask for the quote and agree how much difference in height or width you accept. Ask the supplier to confirm what they can match.
What should I know about delivery?
- Say whether a truck can reach the site and where the plants will be unloaded.
- Ask for the delivery date in the quote. Our stock is delivered in 2 to 3 days from confirmation. The Door is made to order, so its lead time is confirmed per quote.
- Our minimum order is AED 3,000. Delivery is free to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah, and a flat AED 1,000 to Abu Dhabi.
What if a plant is damaged?
Agree this before you order. With us, you check the plants when they arrive and tell the driver about any damage at that time, and we replace damaged plants. After you accept the delivery, we cannot take damage claims, and we do not give refunds.

An Ehretia cone is an Ehretia microphylla plant trained into a tapered cone that adds height and structure. We supply it from 70 cm to 250 cm including the pot, for driveways, walls, entrances and project planting across the UAE. Delivery takes 2 to 3 days.
